We make all of our products with our hands. So, no two are alike. No machines are involved in the productions.

Local artists have dedicated their lives to keep this culture alive for generations.
- It looks lovely, but my household can be quite reckless.
Not worry. Every piece can be washed by the toughest, roughest hands out there. It is not a match made in the sink.
- What if it slips?
While our products are household proof, we are afraid it is not gravity-proof yet.
- Will wood look just as good as the day I bought it?
Wood develops old, as do individuals. Simply rub it with coconut, sunflower or olive oil and watch it age smoothly.
- Is it alright to cleave on wooden loads up?
Obviously. They are completely nourishment safe. Sure your blades will leave blemishes on the wood however that is simply wood maturing nimbly.
- Is fusing materials safe?
Yes. Nature is full of fusions. We've learned from the very best.
How do I return an item?
STEP 1: We will arrange for a pick up from the same address within 4-5 working days to which the product was shipped. Please put the Product in its original packaging and seal it well and send it across. Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and barcodes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return.
STEP 2: Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product and once our inspection team confirms that the product received is in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, we will process the return request case on a case basis.
Reverse pickup & Exchange Timeline:-
We are arranging a reverse pickup in 4-5 working days from the date of request. In case of an exchange, your new order will be sent on its way 4-5 working days after we receive your returned product.
About Refund & Timelines:-
The refund shall be made through the original payment mode. Once, we receive the refund request, we shall process the refund within 7 business days.

How long before you get your purchase?
Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days. Monday to Friday are considered business days except for public holidays. Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. Orders once shipped, cannot be canceled.
How do we deliver the orders?
We deliver your orders through our registered courier partners. Is your order eligible for free shipping?
All orders above INR 1000 qualify for free shipping.
Shipping of Products
Head over to My Orders to keep an eye on your package. You can also use the tracking number on the shipping agency website. We will drop in an mail with the details shortly after your order is placed.

Once your order is shipped, our courier partner's name is sent to you via text message/email. Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and the expected date of delivery. What if you are not around when we deliver?
Our delivery partners will try thrice, then it'll come back to us and your order will stand canceled, Please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.
What about Cash on Delivery?
We give the option of Cash on Delivery for selected pin codes.
